Parish Registration

Our Welcoming Committee will be available to take registrations from families wishing to become active members of St. John the Apostle, after each Mass on the weekends. Please visit the table set up in the Commons before or after Mass.

Registration forms are also available to print. Simply print, and deposit in collection basket, drop off or mail to our parish office. If you should have any questions regarding filling out our form, please contact Lucy at sja.lucy@cox.net or at 426-2180.
